CHIMICHURRI SAUCE

ITEMS

½ cup ---olive oil

¼ cup----red wine vinegar

¼ cup ---water

½ cup ---bunch of parlsey chop

1pc--- onion finely chopped

4 gloves----garlic finely minced

½ cup -----red peper with out seeds finely diced

1 cup ----tomato peeled with out seeds

1tbsp--- dried oregano

1 tbsp ----paprika

1 tbsp ----bay leaf small flakes

1 tbsp ----salt

1 tbsp------ground black pepper

Chilli flakes for more taste

Method

Add all the ing. Except oil and vinegar,in one large bowl and mix it well because salt need to be sprated in all ingdients. After let it for rest 30 minutes

Next add the vinegar and water. Mix well. Let ir 30 minutes for rest

Finally add the olive oil and mix it well. Make sure that oil will cover all the ing, if not add more oil,water and vinegrar.

After transfer in one another bowl covered well and leave it in refrigeration to allow the flavors get out.

Let in fridge overnight after use it for 3 days.
