ITEMS:
1200 G ---- mayonnaise
400 ml----of water
8 pcs-----anchovy fillets
1tbsp----dijon mustard
3 –garlic cloves crushed
200 g ----grated parmesan
Juice of half lemon
1 tsp ----white papper
Method:
In the blender mix the water,garlic,anchovies and the mustard.Then add mayonnaise and mix it again.In the and add parmesan and continue to bliz until smooth
Note—parmesan need to mix it 50%
