250ml-- honey

10 lt ---tomato ketchup

1.2 kg --brown sugar

1 lt---whine wine vinegrar 5%

130 g --chops garlic

130 ml-- soy sauce white

50 g--chpped parsley

100 ml --brandy

80 g --chilli sauce

50 g --chilli flakes

200 g --ginger fresh

200 g -- strong caffee granules

Method

Mix all the ing in one bowl and bring to boil. Put just a little salt only for tasting.

In the and add brandy and leav it for 2 hrs in room temperature

After keep it in fridge for 3 days
