Meat stewed with red wine

Ingredients:

Soft meat 200gr

Garlic 5 gr

Rosemary 3gr

Sage 3gr

Olive oil 20 ml

Onion 10 gr

Carrots 10 gr

Celery 10 gr

Red wine 40 ml

Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Place the meat together with the aromatic herbs in a deep bowl and cover with red wine for a few hours. Then we mix it in olive oil: onion, garlic, celery and carrot. Meanwhile, add the meat that we have drained and leave it for some time until it turns brown. Above we pour the wine together with the aromatic herbs. Set to simmer until the meat is completely tender. Just before removing from the heat, add salt and pepper.

Serve sliced ​​and accompanied by boiling sauce.
