Escallop with wine and lemon

Ingredients:

Beef fillet 200 gr

Butter 20 gr

Flour 10 gr

White wine 10 ml

Parsley 5 gr

Lemon kok grains

Salt and pepper


Preparation:

We cut the fillet into 2 parts, beat it and pass it in the flour, mix it with butter until it gets a little color and sprinkle it with white wine. Then add a little lemon juice and finally add salt and pepper.

Serve with lemon slices and parsley.
